Cardiometabolic compliactions can cause many diseases where a wide spectrum of different factors including lifestyles, diets, living environments, & related genetic factors.  Genetic factors may include hypertension, Diabetics etc. Cardiometabolic compliactions if unrecognised leads to cardiometabolic risk where you are prone to have diabetes, heart diseases & stroke.

 People suffering with mental illness have high rates of diabetes risks which may lead to many health problems including heart diseases. It is essential to determine your risk level & knowing how to decrease your risk & help you live a longer & healthier life.

Diabetes mellitus is caused due to the metabolic disorders where the blood sugar level rises for a prolonged period of time. The symptoms of high blood sugar include frequent urination, increased thirst & weight gain. If left untreated, diabetes can cause serious issues.

Acute complications include hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state, ketoacidosis or death
