Heart Disease:
Heart disease is generally described as that heart is not in normal condition. A person suffering from heart disease falls sick & symptoms generally appear. The general symptoms found in a person who is suffering with heart disease are
• Chest pain caused due to lack of blood flow to heart muscles
• Palpitations
• Weakness caused due to lack of oxygen supply
• Cyanosis a condition where skin turns blue colour due to lack of oxygen in bloodstream to supply to the cells
Coronary illness is commonly depicted as that heart isn't Normal. An individual experiencing coronary illness and do indicate manifestations. The general indications found in an individual who is enduring with coronary illness are
- Chest torment Due to absence of blood stream to heart muscles
- Trouble in breathing Due to palpitations
- Weakness-Due to absence of oxygen supply
- Cyanosis-Skin turns blue shading because of absence of oxygen in circulation system to supply to the cells
Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is the most widely recognized coronary illness issue. It is the blockages in coronary arteries - the vessels that supply blood to your heart. That can prompt a blood flow in the stream of blood to your heart muscle, shielding it from getting the oxygen it needs. The sickness more often than not bring about solidifying of the courses a condition once in a while called atherosclerosis
Heart produces electrical signs travel through the heart's four chambers – two articles on the top called the atria and two beneath them, the two ventricles. These signs prompts it to beat in a consistent rythym. This makes a condition called as arrhythmias, or strange pulses.

Hypertension:
Hypertension, which is defined as high blood pressure, it is one of the most common medical problems. Hypertension does not usually show any symptoms, and it is not usually diagnosed in the early stages. It is one of the important causes of heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, and other serious medical problems.
However hypertension is so common and consequential, it is important for everyone to have their blood pressure checked periodically. Prehypertension describes blood pressure that is higher than the desirable range, but not high enough to be labelled hypertension which would be 120/80mmhg

Interventional Cardiology:
Interventional cardiology is a special branch of cardiology that deals specifically with the catheter based treatment of structural heart diseases. An interventional cardiologist is the one who have an extra experience of one to two years of additional education and training in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease as well as congenital and structural heart conditions through catheter-based procedures, such as angioplasty and stenting
A large number of procedures are been performed on the heart by catheterization method. This most commonly & widely used techniques involves the insertion of a sheath into the femoral artery and in practice, any large peripheral artery or vein and cannulating the heart under X-ray visualization which would be most commonly fluoroscopy. The radial artery is technique which may also be used for cannulation
1. Invasive Cardiology
2. Non-Invasive Cardiology
Interventional cardiology treats many conditions like:
Coronary artery disease: It occurs due to a narrowing of the arteries which supply the heart muscle with blood and oxygen.
Heart valve disease: It occurs when the valves which control blood flow into the heart’s chambers are not working correctly.
Peripheral vascular disease: Heart can also be affected by other veins and arteries which are in other parts of your body & causes clogged or hardened veins and arteries which are in other parts of your body.
An interventional cardiologist is the one who have experience in one to two years of additional education and training in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease

Case Reports in Cardiology:
The cases will usually focus on one central topic although a particular case will often touch on several fields in cardiology and illustrate a number of issues or guidelines.
Since the determination is an education in general cardiology, case scenarios should not deal with very rare situations. Exceptional case reports should be avoided and rather submitted to specific ESC associations or working groups

Renal Hypertension:
Renovascular hypertension (RVHT) mirrors the causal connection between anatomically obvious blood vessel occlusive malady and raised pulse. The concurrence of renal blood vessel vascular sickness and hypertension generally characterizes this kind of trivial hypertension. Increasingly explicit analyses are made reflectively when hypertension improves after intravascular intercession. At present, no adequately precise, non-intrusive, radiologic, or serologic screening test is accessible that, if negative, totally rejects the nearness of renal supply route stenosis (RAS).
This session for the most part represents the varying causes and manifestations of reno vascular hypertension, close by of its obsessive procedure, analysis and treatment. Over weight is hazardous mostly because of the patients typically don't aptitude the manifestations, in this way organ damage will happen gradually while not being perceived. Changed methods are created to analyze Renal organ hypertension exploitation computerized picture procedure of radiographs

Stem Cell Research & Heart Regeneration:
Undifferentiated organism Research an imaginative remedial methodology towards cardiology where the utilization of cell treatment to balance turn around ventricular rebuilding, the substrate of heart disappointment and arrhythmias following myocardial localized necrosis. Worthwhile cell tissue recovery consolidates a complex cell and atomic approach setting that incorporates immature microorganism uniting and separation, discharge of calming and angiogenic go betweens, and expansion of endogenous cardiovascular foundational microorganisms. The present helpful methodologies include fat determined foundational microorganisms, heart-inferred undifferentiated organisms, bone marrow-inferred mononuclear cells and mesenchymal immature microorganisms, and mixes of cells. Clinical preliminaries utilizing mesenchymal foundational microorganisms and cardiovascular determined undifferentiated organisms have been appeared to be powerful in diminishing infarct estimate and improving the contractility of local dividers.
Regenerative drug and foundational microorganism look into can possibly change the treatment of cardiovascular malady. Most recent research finds that it helps in fix of heart muscle harm and offer clinical choices for the a large number of Americans who are brought into the world with or create coronary illness.
For example, the heart has a restricted capacity to recover harmed tissue after a heart assault. Current medication treatments moderate the movement of heart disappointment however are not healing and heart transplants must be offered to a very set number of patients. Research personnel have concentrated their exploration on distinguishing and understanding the cardiovascular foundational microorganisms and recognition the procedures by which they transform into heart cells with the expectations of creating cell swap treatments for recovering heart muscle and the requirement for transplantation.
Cardiovascular immature microorganisms likewise can possibly separate into every one of the cells that make up the heart, including heart muscle cells, smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells.

Pacemakers and Internal Defibrillators:
Since a pacemaker just directs low-vitality motivations, it isn't intended for times when an individual starts to encounter ventricular fibrillation, a condition where the heart shudders instead of thumps. It is likewise feasible for a pacemaker to glitch, neglecting to convey the lifesaving mediation. Nonetheless, every AED guidance pack will say not to utilize an AED on an individual with a pacemaker.
Outer defibrillation may in any case be essential for an individual with a pacemaker. On the off chance that the embedded pacemaker conveys a low-vitality stun while you are endeavoring to utilize an AED or another defibrillator, you just hang tight for 30 to 60 seconds for the pacemaker to finish its treatment cycle before managing the stun. While it is conceivable that the vitality from an outer defibrillator, AED or something else, may harm the pacemaker, these gadgets are intended to withstand outside defibrillation.

This statistic displays the number of deaths as a result of ischaemic heart disease (IHD) in the Czech Republic from 2000 to 2014. In 2014, 388 men and 253 women died as a result of ischaemic heart disease, a downturn from 2013. The number of deaths from IHD peaked for men in 2000 and again in 2007 with 461 deaths reported in each period. The number of deaths among females increased in 2007 at 315 deaths
By the report of international standards, Czech healthcare services are excellent in terms of quality and availability of treatment on time. However, the growing cost of healthcare is one of the main issues facing the Czech Republic. Longer life expectancy and unhealthy lifestyles (obesity and heart disease) are on the rise.
Devices used to monitor symptoms and treat disease are in expanding demand. The most familiar cause of death is circulatory system diseases (heart disease, stroke, etc.)
The Czech Republic likewise has a portion of the most exceedingly awful mortality figures for coronary illness (IHD) and stroke (cerebrovascular mishap or CVA). Demise rates from coronary illness are 260.4 per 100,000 populaces and for stroke, the rate is 106.4 per 100,000 populaces. The Czech Republic has more than divided its rate of case casualty after a heart assault, from 15% in 2001 to 6% in 2011.The pervasiveness of unending coronary illness among sort 2 diabetes patients has fallen, from 40% in 2001 to underneath 30% in 2008. The nation additionally has lower clinic confirmation rates for asthma and incessant obstructive pneumonic sickness. The Czech Republic has started screening of circulatory strain, cholesterol and other cardiovascular hazard factors. In any case, the cost-viability of this program should be assessed.
Toward the finish of 1980s, the fast progress from communists financial to showcase monetary brought about additional uniqueness in mortality. While in a few nations like in Czechia, fast improvement in wellbeing condition were recorded and belatedly cardiovascular unrest took place.Since 1990s, among the Czech populace, numerous progressions and tremendous upgrades in cardiovascular wellbeing have happened and brought about over half decay of CVD death rates; both because of changes in way of life, resulting decline in predominance of hazard factors and because of changes in social insurance. This pattern redirected Czechia from the vast majority of the Eastern European nations closer to Western European nations; be that as it may, the east– west mortality hole still continues on account of CVDs.
It is essentially the mortality because of ischaemic coronary illness (IHD) (International Classification of Diseases which causes the distinctions. The dimension of IHD mortality in Czechia (institutionalized demise rate (SDR) in 2014 was 199 for each 100 000 guys, 115 for every 100 000 females) is multiple occasions higher than in the European Union (EU) (SDR in 2014 was 96 for each 100 000 guys, 47 for every 100 000 females). On opposite, the dimension of mortality because of stroke in Czechia (SDR in 2014 was 61 for every 100 000 guys, 48 for every 100 000 females) is just about 25% higher than in EU (SDR in 2014 was 49 for every 100 000 guys, 39 for each 100 000 females). While the nations of Western Europe have passed the phase of cardiovascular upset, the Czech populace still stays a long way from having a 'solid way of life', chiefly because of an eating regimen wealthy in soaked fat and salt and poor in products of the soil consumption, absence of physical action prompting overweight and the predominance of diabetes. Changes in the way of life of the Czech populace are moderate contrasted and the remarkable upgrades in human services made amid the 1990s.
